Product Description

The GW pipe non-blocking sewage pump adopts an impeller structure and a new type of mechanical seal, which can well transport solid materials and long fibers. Compared with the traditional impeller, the impeller of this pump adopts the form of single flow channel or double flow channel. It is similar to an elbow with the same cross-section size and has good flow performance. It is equipped with a reasonable volute, making the pump have an impeller After dynamic and static balance tests, the pump has no vibration during operation.

Product Structure
GW series non-clogging single-stage pipeline sewage pump is the inlet and outlet on the same level, and the inlet and outlet flange specifications are the same. Vertical structure, small footprint, motor and pump coaxial, with installation chassis, easy to install and stable, impeller using single (double flow suitable) , it has good passing performance.

 

Product Feature
1. The pump and motor are directly connected coaxially. It is an electromechanical integration product with compact structure and stable performance.
2. The large flow channel anti-clogging hydraulic component design greatly improves the dirt passing capacity, and can effectively pass through 5 times the fiber material of the pump diameter and solid particles with a diameter of about 50% of the pump diameter.
3. Reasonable design, reasonable matching motor, high efficiency, low noise, and significant energy saving effect.
4. The mechanical seal is made of hard wear-resistant tungsten carbide, which is durable and wear-resistant, allowing the pump to operate safely and continuously for more than 8,000 hours.
5. The pump has a vertical structure, the center lines of the inlet and outlet are on the same horizontal line, and the inlet and outlet flanges have the same specifications, making installation and disassembly very convenient.
6. It occupies a small area and does not need to build a machine room, which can save a lot of infrastructure costs. With a protective cover on the blade end of the motor, the whole machine can be placed outdoors for operation.




Product Installation
1. First check whether the external fasteners have become loose during transportation.
2. Check whether the power supply voltage meets the requirements on the motor nameplate.
3. Turn on the power and make a test run to see if the impeller rotates in the direction indicated on the pump. If the direction is reversed, just swap any two-phase wires in the cable. The test run should not take too long to avoid burning the seal. .
4. Install the pump and start it up. Then install the pump foot screws.



Product Inspection and Maintenance
1. Before using the pump, check the insulation resistance of the motor winding to the casing. If it is lower than 0.5 megohm, the stator must be dried until the insulation resistance rises before use.
2. If the gap between the impeller and the oil seal at the inlet of the pump body exceeds 2mm, the wear-resistant oil seal should be replaced.
3. When the pump seal leaks, the seal should be replaced in time. When replacing, first install the static seal flat and solid, and then install the dynamic seal on the shaft.
4. When replacing the impeller, use a tensioner to pull it out and do not hit it with a hammer to avoid damaging the axis.

1. No water comes out, the weight and particle size of the pumped liquid are too high; the liquid flow channel is blocked; the impeller turns in the wrong direction; the bar material is pumped into the impeller and is stuck; the pipe outlet height exceeds the rated lift height.
2. Insufficient flow and low head. The voltage is low, the impeller turns in the wrong direction or the wear-resistant seal is worn; the liquid is too heavy and granular.
3. The insulation resistance is low, the surrounding environment is humid, and the mechanical seal leaks seriously.
